The Jungle Maya Expedition + Tulum
World's Longest Underground River Discovered
Your day begins exploring the only Mayan archaeological site by the sea: Tulum, which was occupied around 1200 AD. It is set on a cliff giving you stunning views of the Caribbean. National Geographic declared Tulum the 4th best beach in the world. Your guided tour will give you time to get to know the Mayan ruins and enjoy the fantastic views.
We then take you to an authentic Mayan ranch located in the heart of the surrounding sub-tropical rainforest to enter into the amazing Sac-Actun cenote system, the world longest underground river, explored throughout 95 miles. Snorkel in the Nohoch Nah Chiich cavern, surrounded by awesome rock formations and millenary stalactites and stalagmites. Cross country through the exuberant rain forest on our all-terrain Mercedes Benz Unimogs. Live a great experience rappelling into the beautiful cenote Yaxmuul, a unique natural pool. Fly over the jungle’s foliage on exciting zip-lines!!

- Mayan purification ceremony at a beautiful dry cave.
- Rappel 50 ft down, and float leisurely in a cenote.
- Swim in Yaxmuul, a natural underground pond of pristine water and beautiful rock formations.
- 3 zip-line Canopy circuit throughout the lush forest, the third one is water landing!
- Snorkel in the longest underground river on earth surrounded by awesome rock formations and millenary stalactites and stalagmites in the crystal clear waters.
- Cross-country the jungle aboard our original Mercedes Benz Unimogs, the mayor 4x4 vehicle in the world.
- Keep your memories with the set of pictures taken to your party during all the activities.
- Indulge yourself with a wonderful lunch buffet of home-made Yucatan food, soft drinks and hand-made tortillas.

What to take:Bring swimwear on, comfortable clothing, extra set of clothing, hat, sport shoes, boots or ankle strap sandals, no flip flops, cash for souvenirs or photographs. Biodegradable insect repellent and a clean towel will be provided. No sunscreen is needed for all the activities are performed in the shade.
Restrictions:This expedition is not fit for people with physical handicap, heart, back or lung condition, claustrophobia, or people who weight over 264 pounds. Infants and children under 6 year old, pregnant women and people under the effects of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this expedition.
